Description: This 3-session webinar series will highlight lectures from The Union-North American Region (NAR) 2025 Annual TB Conference. The first session in the series will be the annual NAR Union Comstock lecture.
Webinar Objectives:
By the end of the webinar, participants will be able to:
- Describe how decisions made based on the then current state of knowledge about drug resistance failed to be revised when new data became available.
- Identify mechanisms that promote the emergence of drug resistance in mycobacteria.
- Evaluate strategies for preventing the emergence of resistance to currently used and future agents.
